Our offerings are thoughtfully designed as curated base experiences. Each tablescape is refined through custom add-ons and florals, allowing every setup to remain cohesive within our signature aesthetic.

  • A curated tablescape designed for two guests. Best suited for date nights, anniversaries, or engagement moments.

    Includes:

    • Low-profile table + textiles

    • Signature tableware

    • Candles, seasonal florals (small arrangement neutral palette), and styling elements

    • Full setup and takedown

    Investment: $350
    Includes up to one (1) hour of travel time. Travel exceeding one hour will be billed additionally.

    Additional Enhancements:
    Custom menus, specialty florals, and any custom-ordered or upgraded items are available for an additional cost.

  • A thoughtfully styled tablescape designed for shared moments and effortless hosting. Designed for six guests, the Gathered Table brings together florals, candlelight, and curated details to create a setting that feels intimate yet celebratory. Each design is styled within our signature palette, allowing every table to feel cohesive, elevated, and timeless.

    Includes:

    • Low-profile table + textiles

    • Signature tableware

    • Candles, seasonal florals (small arrangement neutral palette), and styling elements

    • Full setup and takedown

    Investment: $725
    Includes up to one (1) hour of travel time. Travel exceeding one hour will be billed additionally.

    Additional Enhancements:
    Custom menus, specialty florals, and any custom-ordered or upgraded items are available for an additional cost.

  • A statement tablescape designed for larger gatherings and elevated celebrations. Designed for eight to fourteen guests, the Long Table is our most expansive offering. Layered florals, abundant candlelight, and curated styling create a setting that feels intentional, luxurious, and quietly dramatic — without overwhelming the space.

    Includes:

    • 2-3 low-profile tables + textiles

    • Signature tableware

    • Candles, specialty florals, and styling elements

    • Full setup and takedown

    Investment: $1,295
    Includes up to two (2) hours of travel time. Travel exceeding two hours will be billed additionally.

Founded and creatively led by Kayla, Tavola Escapes was born from a quiet reverence for intentional gathering, unhurried living, and moments meant to be savored. At its heart, the brand is an invitation to slow down — to linger a little longer, gather with intention, and find beauty in what often goes unnoticed.
